In a cooperative effort with shop teachers of our local high schools, our Club has arranged that 18-20 secondary students will partake in a three day spring event with activities related to everything automotive: plant and automotive industry tours, from design to assembly, from production of parts to repairs and maintenance. On the last day, the students will have a friendly competition in one of the local school's shops, with prizes from automotive sponsors. This is our first year using this format.
