This is a project that was initiated in 2002 in partnership with the Nottawasauga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA). It is held during the last weekend in April and includes demonstrations on making maple syrup, building bird houses, various crafts, a pancake breakfast, horse drawn rides, demonstrations by pioneers, etc.
There is an admission fee and all proceeds are shared equally between the NVCA and the Rotary Club of Barrie.
The funds are used to enhance the Tiffin Centre outdoor areas especially for environmental education of school groups.
