As part of the need for an indoor facility for Spring Tonic as well as a teaching area for students, the Rotary Club of Barrie, in conjunction with the Lion’s Club of Angus, constructed and then renovated the Pavilion facility for all season usage at the Tiffin Conservation Area.  A wood ceiling was completed in 2007. The Environmental Committee continues to partner with NVCA and the Tiffin Centre to provide facilities for the effective use for students and the public.
