Leadership
Rotary is an organization of successful professionals. Team-building, fundraising, public speaking, planning, organization, and communication are just some of the leadership skills that club members can exercise and enhance. Being a Rotary leader provides further experience in motivating, inspiring, and guiding others.
The Membership Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of an action plan for recruiting, retaining and educating Club members. This includes assisting Club members in recruiting new members, ensuring Club members are a diverse representation of the community’s professional and business population, supporting the mentoring program for new members and providing continuing education and training to all Club members.
